Question Durability of PocketPC SD Card

I am looking for information about the durability of SD cards used in PDA's (or anywhere else). Most importantly, I am wondering if they lose memory when immersed in water. Anything on freeze tolerance would be nice as well.

I have accidentally immersed a a 16MB card in hot tea for about 20 seconds and it was OK (too hot to drink any faster! )

And I dropped the same one in orange juice for an hour to see what would happen. It was Ok then too! So I'd sat that's a temp range of about 4 - 80 degrees C. Don't know about sub zero temps though, I've never frozen it. Probably a good idea to try it though! BBL.
I don't live here any more.

Cool, but might I ask what prompted you to test in OJ?
