Good Ol' Platypus
It's actually kind of cool - a class library that allows you to input from any kind of source, but all you have to do as the programmer to read from these sources is something like mySource.GetString myString... mySource can be a byte array, a string, a file, or a file on the web 
Just download beta 2 and zlib. Extract beta2 to whatever directory you want, then, extract zlib.dll to your windows system directory. Open png.vbg. The example program will show you what it can do
