Any one know were I can get a list of the Intel x86 Opcodes?

At one time, I think they came as one of the several books included in MASM. Therefore, you might be able to get a copy of just that book through MS.

Highly detailed references and manuals are available on the intel website.
http://www.intel.com/design/Pentium4/manuals/index.htm
Simpler (often incomplete) references can be found with google (opcodes.hlp or asmhelp.hlp shouldn't be hard to find), also an incomplete reference comes with the masm32 package.
