I have a Half life license but...

Does anyone have a serial they no longer use/Need e.g like me they bought C.S and halflife gold edition.


I am fine when i run normally through WON but steam insists my key is registered elsewhere

I have contacted them and had no reply I AM ANNOYED


HONESTLY i do own the licence and could scan all but the serial (Blotting) if you dont beleive me

It seems halflife is old and people may no longer use it or Steam so they may be very friendly and give me their key. This is 100% legal

I play mods mostly and won is working with them

I have tried contacting them again but the problem is they wont beleive me because i wasnt the one that originaly registered it in there wonderful backwards world. The world is going t*ts up and copyright companies are damaging our rights because of other people downloading illegal software.

I have tried but they insist my cdkey is registered elsewhere and you need the CD key to play on steam! I can play on WON fine probably because the bit** using my CDKey is using steam!!!!

If WON is shut down it hasn't affected any of the servers. I play on NON steam servers every day.

BTW Bod I have no idea whay Steam would say that. I have just isntalled steam the other day out of curiosity and had no problems at all.

Also, Half-Life costs like $15 or less now adays.

I bought a copy the other day but it won't let me play online.

When I try it says my version is out of date (which it is) but when I go throught the update thingy it says it is up to date.

But i already own a legal copy that i bought why should i buy another one? Just because somebody else cant be bothered to!!! I shouldnt buy a licence for them to play. Its the principle when i complain and its the fact that i couldnt garantee it would work if i bought another copy

Until some Serial Generator spits your serial out to some fugger.

Had the same problems with Q3. Hard to have a unique serial when there are so many people hacking the program.

Meh, let the Key Generator give his key. It won't work. It will say his key is now registered, and that they need to "retype" their one.
