It is somewhat possible by using web proxy. I think there are some free site and also paid products available for that.
Though i dont see any need for them unless you are involving yourself in some Illegal activities.
Proxy and other privacy software will just make your surfing slower and end of the day you will have to reveal your IP at some stage as TCP/IP is based on IP address.

A dynamic IP kinda achieves what you want to do. Depending on your connection, you should always get a new IP when you connect.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

Not really. Even with dynamic ip, you could find out few things such as Location(Country), ISP name etc.

Usually with dial-up, you'll get a new IP each time. With a broadband connection, however, it rarely changes. Mine doesn't change unless I force it to change myself, or wait like 8 months.

It depends on service provider. With my broadband I get a new IP everytime I restart. I would have prefered a Static IP but its only available for Business user (which is double the monthly price).

No one can watch everyword you type and every site you 'own' with just your IP address.
The only way that would be possible is if you have a keylogger or trojan on your computer.

You're fine.
In all honestly, no one cares about you on the internet. No one is gonna waste their time to get on your computer.

If you are on a network (e.g college or Uni) it is trivial for system admin to see what site you are visiting and also see any un-encrypted text(plain text) passed between using packet sniffer. Anything you post(submit) and receive can be intercepted.
I ran one on my home network recntly and managed to recover viewed/sent emails(web based, like hotmail). Just make sure you never type your password on non secure(no SSL) site and use web based mail to send sensetive information.
I am not saying system admin are watchin/doing it, just saying it can be done if they wish to.
Note that i dont mean catching all keystrokes, for that you will need keylogger like you mentioned.

When i installed i HAD to enter it, might be for Technical Support call outs, or if my pc blow up!
Doesnt Google and stuff track searched sites and things so they can make a survey at the end of each year to see what the most searched things are?

They probably made you type it to verify your address details, but there is no need to store it.

Yes Google does, and by default it is switched off, you have to switch it on, and unlike other Google makes it "VERY CLEAR" to the user what and how they will use the information gathered.
Where as Real Player did not, i think they have apologised for it and patched their software so that it does not sends back any information without user's knowledge.
Here is 1 article regarding privacy issue of Real Player/Jukebox

Obviously, but this isn't the case for him (which is why I didn't say anything more).
