can anyone start me off on aim manipulation and progging,

1. I want to make a fader that doesent use html tags

2. I want to make a scrambler like they acitivate it and if
yours is activated and both of you have the same encryption code in you can read it but no1 else can.

3. I want you to be able to block people completely like they're talking to you and you block them but the hack their way around it.

im not asking someone to make this themselves and give me the source, i want to learn how to do it.
