    mac osx on pc?

I'd heard that someone had done this... I know there are some mac emulators out but they all seem very crappy. Is there anything that would run mac osx on a pc?

Currently, there is no emulator that supports OS X.

Yes go do it in VB. I'm sure the icons that bounce in OS X will bouncy at 1fpm (frames per minute) in the emulator.

Darwin itself (the core of OSX) works on i386, I believe.

I'm not aware of the interface layers working, however, since they're Apple proprietary.

oh talking about i386.... apple had a plan to do this with mac os 7 I believe (I'm not much into macs, I havent even worked more than a total of 3 hours with a mac comp so I may be wrong)
anyways, I heard that they're planning to do this agian, with a future mac os.... would be nice ha people would switch from windows to macos

anyways now that it's based on unix (BSD?) isn't it much easier than before to port the os?

Basilik II works five with OS 7 and 8.. OSx runs on a G3 or higher which is way more powerful then the 68xxx (PPC). There fore, it's harder to emulate.

it might be easier if the kernel was recompiled with the i386 libraries rather than with the PPC ones.
