    RedHat 7.2 Install over Network

    Here is the scenario:

I have a machine running 7.2 that I would like to use to install to another one over the network. The machine receiving the installation would have a few thigns different, such as lacking a floppy or cdrom drive. I would like to know if it is possible to install linux in this way, and I can't put a floppy or cdrom drive in because it is a bare bones machine designed to be a server.

    thanks in advance!

can you borrow one to get the install on the roll?

otherwise your gonna have to remove the hd, put it in another computer and put the boot files you need on it

It is prefectly possible to install over the network (have not done it with red hat tho) but you still need to boot the machine and tell it where to look for the install
    Visual Baisc 6 (SP5)
    Windows Xp
