Hey guys,
I had an copy of enterprise edition installed on my PC...I had to reinstall enterprise edition. I go into add/remove programs and select remove all for enterprise edition. It locks up at this point. Any way of uninstalling the enterprise edition before install the new version? Because I tried to delete all the files from program files, now I am getting registry error...setup error 168. Any suggestions guys?

I had the problem
I formatted hard drive (keeping CDRom support Win98) after backing up)
If you do not do that often, please try it!
It improves so much pc perfs.
I hope you have a copy of win98.
From the command line, Copy win98 files (Win98SE folder on the CD) onto your HD in example...Win98Setup folder. Then, just type "C:\Win98Setup\setup" from the command line to install Win98SE from CDROM.(Faster and each time windows needs a file, it searches there first). If you have a second HD, it's even easier to backup. That's what I do every 9 months. So I get rid of so much crap...
I you don't feel sure, do NOT do it.

Why don't you just try installing VB over itself. Just install it into the same directory, and that way you won't have to format your hard drive and re-install Windows. It should work just fine.
