What do you mean by that? The VS tries to automatically upgrade your VB 6 Projects, that is not always as you desired.

nope.... you can convert it as Lunatic3 said, but you cant code as you would in vb6 (the basics are similar, so is the syntax, but vb.net is like a totally different language)
