    VIA vs. nForce2

I have used them both, and I like both....I like the nForce2 better for now.

    No arguments from me.

Im just curious on the results.

VIA sucks. I've used it and it has MANY known problems with games and other applications.

    I'd go with NForce2 before 3.

Or an AMD chipset. Since I use an AMD processor. But currently my board has VIA KT266a. It performs nicely, and the 4-in-1 Hyperion drivers have had no problems.

This could be because my motherboard is an ABit, and my ram is Crucial. Definately worth what I paid.

I'm thinking I may eventually upgrade my Radeon 9000 pro though.

But by that time I may just decide on going 64-bit.

Nforce3 has problems though. Mainly performance issues.

If you're gonna talk about chipsets....

HyperTransport beats them all with its capacity upto 12.8 GB/s bandwidth.
