    Reverse Engineer

    Hi,

    I have installed VISIO 2002 Pro SR1 and when I opened VB6 I found an option to create UML diagram by visio which kinda reserve engineers the code u have and lets you create some nice diagrams.

    I was just wondering if this is possible to in VS.NET with VISIO...???

    Yes - um, I think it requires Enterprise Edition though - have a look on MSDN, there may be info there.

    Thanks but my current edition does it for Visual Studio 6 just can't find a way for VS.NET but I will have a look at Enterprise Edition.

    Yes, you need enterprise architect edition of VS.NET. Works pretty good for basic stuff.

    That's what I have...??? But where do I start to make it work. I can't find any menu option anywhere in VS.NET to do some visio stuff.

    I go to Project, and then there is an option for Visio UML. You might need Enterprise architect for .net version of Visio as well, and I think Visio needs to be installed after VS.NET.

    Allright then I will uninstalled VISIO and install it again but no effect...!!!

    Please verify that you have VS.NET Enterprise Architect and Visio Enterprise Architect for .NET installed. I don't think any other versions will work for you. Besides that, I do not know.

    I have VS.NET Enterprise Architect but not the visio one.

    Where can I get Visio Enterprise Architect for .NET from...? I have Visio 2002 Professional
