    Hey,
    I need to play some MIDI tones - not MIDI files - and
    to set the instruments.
    The programm should be running on Win95 98 and NT so I do'nt know if directSound is the right possibility.
    Mayby somebody knows the API calls ?

    If you are running Windows NT, you can use the Beep API function.
