I get that too with XP. I have no idea what it's all about. When I kill the process, it just starts up again.

Just take findfast out of your startup folder. I've never even figured out what it does other than take up RAM. When I was using it, I never noticed that I found anything faster than otherwise.

svchost.exe (Service Host Process)
