Take a look around http://www.planetsourcecode.com - I think there is a VB program which displays running programs and then you are able to kill - hehehe them by selecting the program and clicking a command button.

I am sure I have seen it somewhere and sure it is on that site.

Hope this is of some use to you.

This will close an exe by knowing just it's exe path.

    Code:
Declare Function ProcessFirst Lib "kernel32" Alias "Process32First" (ByVal hSnapshot As Long, uProcess As PROCESSENTRY32) As Long
Declare Function ProcessNext Lib "kernel32" Alias "Process32Next" (ByVal hSnapshot As Long, uProcess As PROCESSENTRY32) As Long
Declare Function CreateToolhelpSnapshot Lib "kernel32" Alias "CreateToolhelp32Snapshot" (ByVal lFlags As Long, lProcessID As Long) As Long
Declare Function CloseHandle Lib "kernel32" (ByVal hObject As Long) As Long
Private Declare Function OpenProcess Lib "kernel32" _
