Outlook Express Problem
I reguarly use Microsoft Outlook 6, but I seem to have received either an extremely big email or a corrupted email as everytime I click on my inbox the program stops and eventually stops responding.
Can anybody help me with this problem and give any pointers as to how to fix it?
I'd rather not have to delete all my emails in my inbox at the moment as I have quite a few important emails stored in there.
I thought about changing the inbox so that the Preview Pane doesn't load, but from what I've found I can only hide the preview pane if I'm in the folder I want to remove it from.
Any help would be very useful!

hiding the previe pane might be enough. It could just be an image or something goofy the email is trying to display. Happened to me once. I did something to remove the email, but dont quite remember what I did.

I've just tried disconnecting and opening it, but it does exactly the same thing!

Why not just open Outlook Express (not your normal e-mail client!) and import all the messages across, then just delete the problem e-mail and export it back to Microsoft Outlook?
If you choose all messages, you'll probably have the same problem with Outlook... so just select the one's you need (CTRL-A selects all of them, and single CTRL clicking removes one at a time) and import as usual.
I've just tried it here, and Outlook hung for a few seconds whilst its importing, but works fine afterwards.
