javascript/css : print report with header
how can i print a list of report that can have header and footer on each of them not only on the first page but each of the printed report. ( from ie window to A4 paper size window ) .

It may be possible that the CSS2 print profile has a way of putting a header and footer on every page. I even have a faint idea of how that would work.
Unfortunatly I don't think that there's a single browser out there that actually supports it.

you can let people print a document which isn't the same as the one they see..
add your header and foother there...

The other way is strictly IE-only.
The first way isn't practical because it requires you to know the page size in order to place header and footer on every page.

And also they will have to install or have the ActiveX installed on their system in order for it to work on IE.

if someone want's to print a page I let them open an new popup window with the text and add a header and foother to it... and give an print order...... no adresbar etc.. only standard buttons
