Designing Interfaces
I need help designing really good web GUI's, im no graphics artist, but im hoping that wont stop me. Any tips or tutorials worth looking at for desining webpages? I would be using Frontpage here to.

well, something off the top of my head that I've not seen done (a lot at least) is:
a circle with links. This circle fills the whole page, inside this circle is a box where the pages are displayed.
Or another one could be that the pages are displayed like in a paper file, like:

I liked that design.
Don't use the one I have used on my site. I'm going to update my site in a few weeks time. I have a nice (but by no means original) design in my head, but I'm not telling.
The interface really is the one thing YOU have to do.

Designing is more a "feel" thing than something taught by tutorials. Visit various web pages and decide if you like the design. Think about why. What could be done better?
The design also depends on what kind of page you're writing. The front page of an advertisement company looks different than a programming tutorial or a web application.
Think about what you need and what you want, and find a good balance.
