    Access control in .NET framework?

Anybody know if the functionality of the discretionary access control lists is in the .NET managed framework anywhere --- i.e. can I programatically add or remove user permissions for a given shared folder without getting down and dirty with the API?

What about using Win32_LogicalFileSecuritySetting of WMI?

I think you can have all these functionalities through SP Class . It's a big and hard to deal with (I've tried it and sucked me) . Read something about this in the help file .
    VB Code:
    1. Dim sec As Security.Permissions.FileDialogPermission
