if you post the exe to that zip program i can extract it for you, but you could do it yourself.

I tried, it shows as two merged images though as it has 2 moue over effects. I only need 1 similiar to the one in the pic

Search tells me that my icon is 16 x 16. Also the exit icon that you pictured seems to be a customized icon.

The icon's may not be in the EXE. The developers could have used a DLL as a resource and load them from that.
