As MartinLiss said, that is a redirected forum. If someone happens to land in the spot where the redirection occurs (a fluke that can occur if you use a somewhat non-standard way to navigate between forums), there is a single post (that I put there) that says they should go to the main VB .NET forum. That keeps people from posting in an area where very few people will get to -- and thus very few people will come to help them.
