As per M$oft.....Put operating system disk in the CD tray, click start button type in 'sfc /scannow" in the [run] box without the quotes and dont forget the [space] between "sfc /". this [should] bring IE back around. If that fails go check into Mozilla. I cant remember the last time I used IE.

If you have the Google toolbar installed, try holding down CTRL when clicking the link. This overrides the popup blocking and should work.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

i don't have any toolbar installed, but i really don't know why it can't open window.

i tried right click or SHIRT n click on the link, ie seems load for some time and then nothing happened.

when i visit some site that have auto js popup, it will shown JS error.

papacorn, i installed lastest service pack, will it erase or uninstalled the lastest services pack?

If you have Norton Internet security installed then turn off the Ad blocking.
