not setup windows anything program
hello
my quastion is this;
can I write a program which it impedes setup any program my computer?

Impossible, unless you give the user read only rights. If you can write to the hard disk something (maybe not everything) can be installed.

if it is your computer, then you can just not open setup files. then you won't be installing any programs

Except a setup file can be any name. That would require that he never open any executable file.

The more I think about it, it dawns on me the is refering to spyware. We all hate spyware, especially when we are surffing for porn.. Opps.. oh I mean, hard-to-find vb API's
