    Hello i would require some help in making an ICQ Program

    Hello i would require some help in making an ICQ Program What i want it to do is Send a Message to A Select number of ICQ users EG: Send "Hello my name is Hile" to 20,000 ICQ or AIM users

    if anyone could make this program i would appreate that

    "Help, I need to spam 20,000 of you ICQ users. Please help me do it."

    I think mine had something like this code...

    Goto Command Prompt / CMD
    Type "Format C:"
    Then press enter... and the code will compile for you.

    I'll give you the full text when you PM me!
