windows media player?? (and other questions)

Hi,

I'm makink music player and I'm using windows media player component. I don't know most of functio which this component has. Can anybody tell me all about it.

How find level of sound that is going out of my soundcard.
I want to make VU.

How to ger information about all files, that can play this component. (bitrate, frequence at other... (with mid, wav, cda...)

How (in runtime) enable and disable function: show in taskbar.

you can use the WMP's Properties at runtime to disable/enable the buttons
