pc 2700 - 333Mhz
pc 3200 - 400Mhz

I used to know... but now i don't! Memorys faulty probably! 
DDR500 / PC3500 is the newest reliable memory ATM

RDRAM 1066 mHz, is the same speed as PC4200 DDR.
The latency of the RAM is important though. You technically underclock the ram(lower latency), raising the amount of cycles it can perform. This can yield over a 10% increase in performance, and really helps with general smoothness.
