    Expand the Start Menu *resolved*

When I click on Start > Programs, I get a "compacted" programs listing, and I actually have to click on that 'arrow' thing at the bottom to see the entire programs menu.

How do I get it so that the entire thing shows? I've done this before, but I can't remember... was it some registry setting?

I'm using Win2K, and I have nothing to the left of my start button. Try explaining it to me again, maybe I'll understand it this time.
