    two sheep with rocket launchers appear and say that everything was inside another matrix, this outermatrix is ruled by them (obviously). Agent Smith and Neo both fight the sheep but are powerless as the sheep can change any and all rules. After killing neo the sheep say they are bored of their matrix and shut it down killing everything in our world and the real world depicted in the the 1st two films.

    Or maybe they were goats...
