    Yet another request: could the VB forum be available on CD-ROM (entire website)?

    But it's expanding all the time, and i think it wouldn't fit in a single CD .otherways it was a good idea.

    writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
    writing haskell makes your life easier:
    reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
    To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.

    Well if it's only 20M, then why not ask John zip it up to even smaller and then put it up somewhere for everyone to download

    kedaman - that sounds a good idea, but it seems that no one can et in touch with him or james at the minute, we think that they have gone on holiday together and left us to our own devices. if you get the chance suggest it to him.

    Kovan - if it didn't fit on that you could put it on an 80 min cd they hold around 700mb and they are the same price as 74min (650mb) over here.

    Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

    I don't think they've left,
    I saw john on ICQ the other day.....
    of course I didn't talk to him..... too scared...
    afraid I might say something stupid and get banned from vbworld..

    but I did see him.... and he was real, his footprints were 3 feet in length.... wait, wrong story, that was from my bigfoot encounter...

    but I think he's just ingoring you evil people... each and everyone of you are evil, evil, EVIL....

    so I assume thats why he's not doing anything about anything you evil people say..........

    *cough*evil*cough*

    Hm, I guess that it would be difficult to burn it into a CD.
    But it could also be a snapshot of the DB.
