    How can I recover data from an Empty Recycle Bin. Pls help
    I have deleted a very important file. And I have even emptied the Recycle Bin. Can I anyway have it back?

    Of course that doesnt always work...alot of the times you will get an error with the recovered files and is a pain to delete them again.

    If you have permantly deleted the file (emptied the recycle bin), STOP DOING STUFF ON YOUR COMPUTER! As you use your computer, Windows writes over all the files marked for deletion. It is recommended that you use another computer to get the program and run it in DOS or in Windows (w/ caution) to prevent loosing your data. The data retrevial programs usually work good but they can only work as long as the data is still on the hard drive.
