    From the documentation:

This portion of the User Guide discusses calling Mathematica from .NET programs. It will be available in a pending update to .NET/Link, which might already be available by the time you read this. Visit the .NET/Link home page to download updates. Until the update is available, the main documentation on writing .NET programs that call Mathematica is the .NET/Link http://API help file. You will also find some example programs in the http://<Mathematica dir>/AddOns/NETLink/Examples/Part2 directory. The update will include several more sample programs.
