You dont need a program for that.
Start...
Run...
Type "Msconfig"
Hit "Start Up" Tab
Un check the program you do not want to run at start up.
Then restart...
Any questions?

You know I had forgotten about MSConfig for a while so I just used it after reading this and I noticed I have a program in startup without any startup filename or command.. they are just blank. Is this normal or is this a bad thing? lol

About the blank lines...That isnt really a good thing. It could be a virus or previous corrupt instalation. Well I would scan the entire pc with a virus scanner. Also UNCHECK those blank lines so they are not active. What OS are you running?

You also might want to consider downloading Lavasoft Adware it does a thorough scan of the registry and your hard drive and searches for any type of adware components, and removes them (if you want) I use it all the time, it finds pretty much everything and identifies it for you too
