    Unhappy Woe

    Should I stick it out or look elsewhere?
    Currently feeling low about my work, it feels that no-one else in the team wants to/ can be bothered to move to .NET development. Maybe they will later - but how long should I really wait. Everywhere they say jobs are scarce - I live in area which is poor for IT jobs anyway. But what should my cut off point be - when should I call it a day here?

    Don't call it a day until you have your next position sorted!!!!

    Just keep an eye out and send your CV to a few people.

    Stick with it until another opportunity arises, but dont neglect your .NET skills. Keep improving them with projects that you can add to your resume.
