    Hello,

I wrote an application that another person is using on their computer. They rang me a few hours ago and said the damn program doesn't work, that they keep getting an error:

run-time error 339. Component raocx32.dll not working: file is not registered or invalid.

So I'm doing a bit of research into the problem on my own computer. I have the file raocx32.dll in my Windows/System folder and the program works fine.

I thought that if unregistered it by going to run and typing:

    regsvr32 /u windows\system\raocx32.dll

I would replicate the error. However, even when I unregister the file, the program still works on my computer!

Could someone please help me as to how I could solve the problem my user is having. Could there be files that raocx32.dll depends on, and how could I find these files?

    Thanks for any help!

To find out if your file is depending on another,
Use the VB D&W and choose depencies file. When you
Have the screen with the dependencies(you can check and uncheck),
Just put your mouse over one dependencies and a tooltiptext will
pop-up and tell you for what this file is needed.

    Hope this help!!
