    Unhappy Page not displayed correctly

    Hi all!
I'm a vb.net newbie. I have an . net application which works correctly in Windows 2000. I recently transferred it to Win XP and when I run it, the page is not displayed correctly. I get the following error msg:
    line: 11
    char: 1
error: 'document.form1.txtLogonName' is null or not an object
    code: 0

nothing has changed in the application but i cannot get it to run correctly ever since I got win xp. I don't know where the problem is, in IE6.0, IIS. Please let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks in advance!!

that's how newbie I am, i think it is asp.net. I'm using VS.net to debug it. It works without a problem on Win 2K, i just can't get it to work right on xp.

its a web page. I open up the project and from within vs.net I debug it, the prgram compiles without problems, but the page is not displayed correctly. when i open up the application which resides the production server (win2K) from my pc it works correctly.

its just my local test app that won't display.
