ZOOM FUNCTIONS

I would like the code to help me with this zoom scenario:

-one button on the form for zooming in on picture box

-when you click this button, you are then able to click anywhere on the picture box to zoom in on that specified point.

-same for zooming out

-another button to revert the zoom back to the normal

I would really apreciate it if some one could help me out.
