    Smoothwall - Any comments?

    Hi All.

I've just downloaded the new Smoothwall 2.0 BETA 7, and it appears to be very good, with just a few minor issues.

Anyone else used it? Is it really secure?

I intended to configure the smoothwall box with samba and httpd, but I don't really want to compromise the box.

Here's the spec i'm going to run it on...

    Pentium 200Mhz
128mb SDR (with a further 128mb available if needed)
4GB 350 year old hard disk
    3Com 10/100mbps
No fans at all! The 200Mhz should be safe (I HOPE! )

I would like something like 'wget' or 'urpmi' compiled into it, so I can leave it downloading something overnight! Is that possible?

    Cheers peeps.

The paint is coming off in some places, but overall it's got a nice feel to it.
