I'm sure someone here knows exactly how to do what you want done...but no one here is going to help you do it, because it sounds like you are trying to do something malicious and sneaky without the user knowing about it...and that is wrong!

It's not possible, Flash doesn't allow you to save anything to the user's pc, and neither does any other web scripting/appleting language. Only ActiveX objects can do that, and one would be very dumb to download an untrusted ActiveX object.

If your intents are good then ask the user to download the file and send you the email.
