    Make DOG Public (Though, Violates Encapsulation). Why not just handle the event in the user control and in return, raise your own event to the host.

    Yes... I'm deleting this thread, the event was not firing for some reason, and it was because I had named it wrong.

    So I was gettin fussy...

    The code-behind works as I thought it was supposed to, so this thread is mute. Thanks anyway.
