Monitoring an ethernet adapter

Hello,

Does anyone know a program for monitoring an ethernet adapter (traffic) with the option that u can seperate the traffic counting on ip adresses?

(that all packets with the adresses 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255 are counted seperately)

I hope somebody can help me.

What do you want to monitor? The traffic or the data like a sniffer?

I used an app called PacketSniffer or something when I was hacking my way thrue level 5 on try2hack.nl not sure if that is what you are looking for. But that is at least my best guess.

I just want to monitor the traffic (the amount of data that went through the adapter, not the data itself); but that all the traffic that went to the ip-adresses 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255 are counted seperately etc.
