I need to code a form to have a transpearent bg that will contain a image box that I will put a ico file. In the end the form size will be 32x32 and it will look like an icon sitting on the desktop, but I will make it flicker the BG and change the ICO file from time to time when necessary.

I can code everything but I am having issues figuring out how to set my app's Background property to be transpearent.
Does anyone know how to code a transpearent Background?

I appreciate your time and efforts,

I saw that code on http://www.planetsourcecode.com/vb. Go there and find it (I don't know how to do it myself, but there it is...)
