If you think what I think you mean....

me.caption = "window title"

or you can set the caption in the property box at the LHS.

(me is used instead of the form name - aids reuse!)

If you are talking windows within your own app.
If you mean, you have 2 forms and you want to to
form form1 to form 2.

Form1.visisble = false
Form2.visible = true

Forms also have an enabled property
Form1.enabled = true
or
Form1.enabled = false
