    mozilla firebird q

Is there a way to make it open in new tab instead of new window by default?

No, but you can right-click on a link and open it in a new tab.

I agree. Ive noticed that if you click on a url in another application, it doesn't open a new window... I wonder... Is firebird open source?

it should be opensource, as its based on mozilla. Btw i found out you can middle-click on the links, but its still annoying to have them opened in a new window by default, maybe you have it shelled differently in your registry? check out how your html files are opened?

yeah i found that already note still got a problem though, it will replace all the saved tabs if i shell a file, which is definitely annoying, i think i'm going to do what i used to do with opera, i'm going to have it shell ie.

eh? you just type in what you search for in the url box and it'll google it (btw you have to change a setting so that it doesn't do a i feel lucky search
    http://texturizer.net/firebird/tips.html
btw, you can type dict ___ and it searches dictionary.com, and webster to search webster.com
there's also a google bar if you look at the list of extensions (that searches a whole load of things), but it takes up too much space for my minimalistic taste, besides configuring it to google in the url beats all
