    Image Question

    hey can anyone point me to a tutorial which woudl tel me how to load an image and place a piece of text over it, like a validation code. but this is for an article of the day kinda thing. so the text wopuld be loaded from a MySQL databse or loaded from the querystring. either VB or C#. Thanks
