Exclamation Extremely Urgent - Anyone know Cisco ISDN products ?

I'm having serious problems with a cisco router on-site. Its connectin to the web apparantly, the B1 light lights up, and the : show isdn status command says there's a data call made successfully.
But the router itself cannot ping the web - and there's no internet connectivity at all.

    Any thoughts ?

    faulty cable perhaps?

Do a full diagnostics test through it, and see what error ID it gives you...

Can you ping the router from the web? Give us the IP (or PM me) and i'll test it for you.

    Regards,

    Paul.

Sure its grand now. Turns out to be a problem with the PABX!!!
They've a PRI split up into n different phone lines, plus a BRI for the router. And there was a problem with the phone system, not the router itself

    lol

Glad you've sorted it m8. PABX boxes can be a pain! I've got one in the store room which has just one or two wires!!!

I tend to use splitter filters now instead, fewer problems... but they cost a little more!

    Cheers...
