When a PC is connected to Internet ISP via dial up modem, the PC gets an assigned IP address. Is there any VB coding method that can intentionally disconnect from the ISP and re-connect again ?

The objective is to change the assigned IP address from the ISP since after re-connection, the ISP will assign a new IP address.

Actually the ultimate objective is not to let a web site know that HTTP request comes from the same PC. Is there an automated method to achieve via VB program ?
