    Cool answer!

    Yes, I have file name, "&", it doesn't matter, In fact I provide the pathname, like that : C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Ledger.xls". But it always get be failed when i run it. you can choose any file existing from Excel to try.
