I'm more annoyed with those outwar links people put in their sigs. He isn't masking it too much, some people really do.
I agree the duplicate posting thing is annoying too

Perhaps he's trying to bump up his post counts with meaningless duplicates?
Duplicates are being merged/removed, so his post count is now going down.

The only thing I can think of -- once you get 4096 posts, you can have custom user text under your name (see mine, for example).

Ah ok. I get it now. So that means 4053 more posts from me before I get that custom text. I should begin posting duplicates then.

Of course, those two members don't participate anymore, so eventually, you could surpass them.

I believe Hack left because of all the corporate jumbo. I think he's running around on GalahTech now and probably a few other places.
I'm not sure about the other two guys.

Megatron communicated with me and he said that he was off doing other things but that he planned to be active here in the near future.

took me 3 months to have 50 posts. When do I get to surpass 10,000?
