Converting "C" to VB6

Is anybody aware of a programme or method or technique of bringing "C" source code into VB6?
Not necessarily as a full translate, of course, but as much as possible.
Or can anyone recommeng somebody who does this sort of work? In Australia would be a bonus

Actually I'm looking for the same, but in the other way , I want to translate VB6 code into C++. Anyone knows?
