PC Recording Software
Are there any software that can RECORD action on the PC? For example, you click record and the user is clicking on the Start button. You play back the segment and you see the user clicking on the Start button...

A macro would do this in Office, I don't know if you can extend it out to do what you want though...

You could camtasia ! It´s pretty good but not freeware
